Booking Policy

* Irrespective of when the booking was done, the full trip payment should be made 7 days prior to the day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

** ANNUAL TRIP CREDIT:

AdVenture NorthEast introduces the Annual Trip Credit scheme where you do not have to worry about losing out on your Booking Fees in case of cancellations, but instead use this as Credits for your next booking with us.

Note:

The Annual Trip Credits should be used within 1 calendar year from the original date of departure or the credits are lost. 

Refunds will not be issued on the Annual Trip Credits used for subsequent bookings.

Custom Trips Cancellation Policy:

Custom Trip Bookings are Non-refundable.
